I've been making trips to Red Rocks twice a year for the past 15 years. I'm not much of a fan of Las Vegas but I'm drawn to Nevada specifically for the desert beauty of Red Rocks. It is amazing how close the developments have grown to Red Rocks in the past 15 years...please do whatever you can to preserve the wild feel of the canyon.

The lands in the identified disposal area should be added to Red Rocks, thus not only protecting the atmosphere and visual values citizens cherish there but adding undeniable dramatic views of Red Rocks and enjoyment of these land's natural environment.

Please protect the beauty of Red Rock. Do not seek any of the land or development. I want to be able to take my daughter Hiking there without being surrounded by developed land. Thank you.

Do not develop land any closer to Red Rock Canyon. It must be kept as wild and untouched as possible to preserve it's unique flora, fauna and stunning beauty.

As a 3 year resident of Las Vegas earlier in the last decade and a 15 year resident of Nevada, I feel very strongly about protecting the lands around and close to Red Rock Canyon. This is a rare and unique resource and Wilderness Area that is very close to major metropolitan area. There should be no need to develop the lands adjacent to the Recreation Area and Preserve. It would great degrade the quality of this Global resource.

I love Red Rock! It's part of my sanctuary and I can't imagine my kids not being able to enjoy the wonderful area.
