I visit Red Rocks for both personal and professional climbing reasons. During those periods, I contribute to the local economy and benefit greatly from the solace and beauty the place provides. Please do not diminish this solace and beauty.

Please keep Red Rock conservation area as is so it can remain one of the area's most popular eco-tourism destination.

I lived in LV and this area is a conservation area for a reason, to be protected and enjoyed by the public.

I believe that development of the land currently listed as disposable within Red Rock Canyon would degrade the quality of a National resource.

Residential or commercial development in the disposal area would be so out of context for the essence of Red Rock, as well as impractical with regard to providing infrastructure to the hill.

Aside from obvious "view" profit, there is absolutely no reason to develop here. In fact, in my professional opinion as a builder I would have to say that the effort plan required simply to provide municipal amenities such as water and sewer make this an illogical choice for development.
