As someone who hikes often in this area, I appeal to you not to allow any development in this parcel. There is enough disturbance to Red Rock NCA already.

I visit Las Vegas to climb at Red Rock Canyon. Approval of residential and/or commercial development in the area around Red Rocks will influence me to make my travel plans (and my tourist dollars) elsewhere.
