This red flag Bill is unconstitutional. Any SC legislator who signs on will be telling we the people that you are not interested in upholding the Constitution. There are many ways to protect a dangerous person from themselves without trampling the rights of the citizen.

This proposed law is wrong in so many ways... guilty until you can prove innocent and anyone with a grudge can initiate this action without exposure.
