we wish to make it known that we are protesting against the new Health and Safety regulation which has been imposed at the Redbridge recycling centre. We demand to see the records, of any injuries to pedestrians when entering and leaving the recycling centre, since the site opened. We suggest that this regulation is discriminatory. We demand that this regulation be overturned and pedestrians be permitted to enter the recycling centre.
