This petition is for the government of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. I think that they should provide free recycling bins maybe near the post offices or major places like Kroger so that people are more tempted to recycle. Recycling is very important because it helps the environment and it will pay off one day for us. After all, we don't want things to end up like they did in the movie Wall-E.
