Hello Hernando Residents, You might have heard or read about the October 6 Hernando Board of Alderman meeting, in which Curbside Recycling was proposed by several citizens. This online petition is for you to sign and will be delivered to Mayor Chip Johnson at one of the Board of Alderman meetings in November. I have talked to several people in Hernando who have expressed interest in curbside recycling...it's TIME TO ACT! A few reasons for curbside recycling are: 1. It's very easy 2. It's responsible 3. It's NOT cost prohibitive 4. Possible savings on waste pick-up in the future.
