I'd love to see Chillicothe offer curbside recycling again. The current option is so hit and miss. I never know if the bins will be overflowing or not.
I currently live just outside of the city, but my children attend Chillicothe City Schools. Our city needs to be more proactive about reducing trash and taking better care of the earth we have been given. Bringing back curbside pickup will also be a great example for our children.
Yes, the City needs to return to curbside recycling. The bins placed in the area are usually full and unsightly. It will encourage everyone to take responsibility and eliminate excuses for not recycling.
I want VERY MUCH to recycle my papers, magazines, cans and plastic. But I am elderly and limited in getting around. Curb-side would be a WONDERFUL help to me.
We recycle in our home. We cut our curbside trash down from a large garbage can a week to a large garbage can a month. Everything else is recycled. It would be nice to have curbside recycle pickup again.
Please reinstitute curbside recycling. I'm astounded that in today's world a city the size of Chillicothe doesn't have a viable option. My children and grandchildren will thank you.
Recycling is a no-brainer. I would be happy to pay a fee for a successful curbside program.

This is desperately needed in our city. I hate seeing on trash day all the recyclable items going to our landfill
