This would be the best thing to happen to New Baltimore in a long time. My children would absolutely love this and I would take them all the time.
Walter & Mary Burke is my favorite park. Adding these water toys would be amazing.

New Baltimore is finally becoming a destination. I’ve waited my whole life for NB have a vibrant downtown and take advantage of its Anchor Bay frontage. This will be a nice addition.

That's what we should be looking at. Things like that could bring FAMILYS INTO down town and if it does not work we dont have a empty building to stare at.
