We need a fair and square elections. The questionable number of votes, the amazing decrease of number of votes, the stagnant number of votes, the questionable total number of votes. These are questions and upfront cheating. What's the use of the elections if they will only intervene with the results?! If each candidate is not guilty of such cheating then having a manual counting or plain recount wont be a problem at all.
