I think they have served their time and specifically DaZeD and Steel have taken hits to their careers as being the "masterminds" to the scandal. Yeah they knew what they were doing but you can't just hold them to that now to this day. They have had time to realize what they have done is wrong but I think it's time to get over this speed bumb and un-ban them, maybe give them probation if you really don't trust them but just let them enjoy the game.
