Let me just point out the valve's decision in their case was made without any rules defined earlier, and also if you want them to still be banned think that valve shouldnt allow skin "gambling" in first place. Its illegal! Those sites are not paying tax. I hope that they are able to function bcuz of some bugs in law. But wait, if its not defined as gambling (according to not pating tax for it) they (ex-ibp players) couldnt use it as their adventage right?
