I have a number of issues with keeping ex-IBP permanently banned from CS:GO:
1) They did not have proper notice of the magnitude of their misconduct. There were no rules in place detailing what kind of punishment would be enacted. They did not weigh the consequences, because they had no idea what the consequences would be....because Esports was undeveloped at the time.
2) A permanent ban is disportionately severe for their conduct. Simply put, throwing a low impact match is bad behavior. It should be punished. It shouldn't receive the highest punishment possible.
3) Others sports have empirically not permanently removed players from competition for such conduct. In fact, there is talk that similar situations have been handled differently in CS:GO.
4) I believe punishment should be fair but enough to deter future misconduct. No one is throwing again anytime soon. The ridicule from the community was enough to ensure this. The additional ban was well-deserved and has gone a sufficient time to ensure others will follow suit.
Lastly, I find issuing "indefinite" bans a very poor way of dealing with punishment. We should only deal in finite punishments to ensure fairness.

They don't deserve a perma ban when other throwers only get a temp ban, also cheaters from 1.6 and source are allowed in csgo but not these guys even after a year?
Free them they are the only hope!
