I believe that the ban has been long enough and the players deserve a second chance.

I believe the players banned have learned a lesson and do deserve to play competitively seeing as how several of them still actively promote the game and provide active entertainment to several thousand viewers such as myself

There was no SET rules against it. Its a common knowlage not to do it, but you cannot apply a sentence of a rules you've setted after the incident.
