Petition to Reconsider Starlink Licensing Decision and Expand Internet Access in Namibia

We in the rural areas are struggling! Options of other satelite services are not affordable at all.

We in the rural south east of Namibia are constantly overlooked when it comes to internet facilities. We always get second hand systems when the north gets new systems

Please reconsider STARLINK or any such similar satelite internet connection, to supply remote areas, ie. farms and informal settlements, with internet.

Current networks that comply to 51% Namibian owned cannot supply to poor and remote citizens.

Essential for education in rural areas also for Truckdrivers on all roads.

Please reconsider to allow Starlink, a realiable cost effective internet option for areas without internet like our farm where MTC and Telecom can not provide an effective service.

Make Starlink an available network in Namibia!

Namibia cannot provide internet service for us in the remote Kunene areas. At the moment we have no options.
