Shes great, and knows her stuff! I have 3 different teachers this year for that class, and it's because she works part time. I also have multiple teachers for other subjects too,nthis isn't right. She really deserves being full time in my opinion, and others too.

Plenty of teachers that could be cut besides her. Especially someone so dedicated to teaching. It's not just her paycheck, it's what she's passionate about.

I just graduated from GSL, and Brea was one of the best teachers I had. I never walked out of her class without learning something new. There are many teachers there that don't even teach or interact with the kids. Brea was one of the few that made learning fun and exciting.

To this day I still remember where the countries of the world lie. Brea always had fun interactive ways to teach to keep the students involved! Brea always had the most school spirit and never came to school without a smile on her face! The level of love and dedication Brea has for her students is hard to find! She never would leave a student behind; always finding a way to help the students learn and grow! I'm baffled that such a passionate teacher was even consider for such a cut! Most of us would not be where we are today without the love and support Brea showed us during some of the most challenging times of our lives!
Being a parent and considering the GSL school district as a school for my family has always been on the top of my list. Losing such an influential teacher that I learned so much from makes me rethink this decision!

Brea was one of my favorite teachers in high school. She does an amazing job teaching kids and makes class enjoyable. She is a teacher that should not be cut.

Brea was not only a wonderful teacher but one of the greatest role models that I've had in my entire life. I was privileged to have her in the classroom for multiple classes and outside of the classroom as a coach. Brea has such a passion for what she does and the things she has taught me have helped me become the person I am. Words that she's said inside the classroom and outside still influence my decisions that I make today. She is the reason I am in school for teaching today. Everyday she would push me and challenge me to be the best person I can be. To cut a teacher who has so much potential to influence students for the greater, a teacher who genuinely loves what she does, a teacher who actually teaches and makes an impact on students would be a terrible mistake.

Brea is one of the the teachers I had that I will always remember. Her love and passion for the subject and her students is second to none. She made the most memorable experience of my high school career, a trip abroad, possible. It shocks me that she of all teachers at GSL was reduced to part time. Her level of dedication is something other teachers should strive to meet. It saddens me to see such a wonderful educator being treated this way and I urge the school board to reconsider their decision.

Brea is a wonderful passionate teacher, one of the few at GSL. She's caring towards her students and her job. Her World Geography class happens to be one of the few classes I actually learned and remember learning something from in high school. She is one of the few teachers that has the ability to take such a boring (my opinion) subject and turn it into an excitement to learn about, something you'll be able to reference in many years from high school graduation. Of the teachers at GSL, she should be one of the lasts to get cut back. Glencoe silver lake could use more passionate, dedicated teachers like Brea Wiblemo.

I loved Mrs. Wiblemo and will never forget her. I was her teacher's assistant my senior year. She was so much fun to work for, and in being her aid I got to see her true passion for teaching and see how much she cared for her job. TAing for her was my highlight of the day. If they lose Mrs. Wiblemo, they will lose a passionate teacher that impacted the lives of so many kids. She deserves the hours and the kids deserve her education.

Bottom line I can't even believe this is in question. She is thee best teacher at GSL. Cutting the best teacher because of low enrollment isn't going to bring more students! Cut a sports programs before you cut a class what are you guys thinking?!
