What a beautiful spring day we had this saturday. Ideal conditions to ski! I feel we were robbed of our spring skiing.

stop closing early. longer or pushed back operational hours so ppl with 9-5 jobs can use the hill through out the week

I'm in full support of these recommendations- particularly with regards to healthy cafeteria options, off-season mountain bike use, and double-diamond ski/snowboard recommendations.

Finding ways to cut costs is really important here, while at the same time increasing operations to generate more income. That's what I think this Coalition is all about. To help Marble Mountain.

glad to see constructive comments. The point in government subsidizing business is to generate revenue to the area. Additional weekends in spring would definitely bring a different cliental to Marble from Corner Brook and area, but also give business the opportunity to market this "Last minute" travel packages

In the end things may remain the same, but at least there will be answers. Let me know if I can lend help from the mainlain, as I try to ski Marble yearly still. .

Marble Mountain has is approach to increasing profits backwards. Anyone who runs a business knows that when you client base is decreasing, the solution to increasing your profits is not increasing your prices, its finding ways to get potential customers to begin spending money at your business again. The prices of season passes, day passes and food at Marble Mountain continue to increase as the number or skiers and snowboarders decrease.
If anyone is interested in trying skiing or snowboarding, the $60 per day lift tickets (not including rental equipment) is enough to deter them.

Well done with the reccomendations- I couldn't agree more with the change in hours of operation later in the season. It's a shame to have to get off the hill at 4pm when conditions are at their prime and the sun is still shining in March.
