Ed is always so helpful and nice whenever he sees me walking my dog in the evening. It is really unfair that he lost his job over something like child care issues. He is a huge part of why I feel safe living here.

Ed is a very professional and courteous security guard, and has been a beloved member of the Optima community for years. He also places his children as his highest priority even though family life has been very challenging for him. We need MORE hard-working and honorable men like Ed, not less. He should be commended for his service and dedication. Please reinstate him and give us back our most faithful protector.

Ed is the most courteous , hard working employee I have ever seen . Not only is he good at watching over our community and helping to make it safe , he goes above and beyond to help me personally . I am an amputee and Ed made it a priority to give me his number in case I ever fell , needed help etc when my husband was out of town . In my opinion he is un replaceable and I have never felt so secure as when Ed is working . You can’t put a price tag on how valuable that is … making sure I feel safe in my home . I don’t even know the other security personnel that work at the Optima , and surely have never had anyone else try to be available for my disability . Ed is amazing , and if I could I would pay for him myself .
