Glad to have a business but that is a bad cross traffic street already.

I live in Holyoke. This site would be a horrible location for a min-mall.

That development will be a disaster ! you / we need a new plan.

I live in Ward 7. This is such a shame. We already have an ugly empty Rite Aid blighting Northampton Street. This is poor urban planning.

Please consider developing this spot in a more community friendly way. We do not need more retail space, as evidenced by the lack of use of the Rite Aid plaza and the Kmart Plaza. We need parks, locally owned restaurants or bakeries, and affordable housing. Never goes there, there should be a far better plan with aesthetic considerations as well as less asphalt and more green space.

Please do not allow another shopping center, we have plenty of empty store fronts for that, make it condos or even a public recreation facility

Development such as adding a strip mall or a Dunkin Donuts, or is not what Holyoke needs.

I live in the Highlands neighborhood. We do NOT need another strip mall. We need to make our neighborhood more appealing. I'm very disappointed in the Dunkin Donuts which is exactly the kind of thing we don't need and that destroys the character of the neighborhood. Let's stop this trend!

Terrible plan!

The height of stupidity would be for the City of Holyoke to allow for a demo of this for a 20th century strip mall. Holyoke needs two things. 1. market rate apartments/condos. 2. 21st century City Councilors w a vision that is consistent with 21st realities and sensibilities.
