Let's not lose a historic gay bar. Alejandro Montiel has put things of work, money and heart into reviving the Eagle after it went dormant. Let's support him to keep it going.

These places are important part of history and should be protected. To main of the institutes have been lost and only been seen in books or through people of that era talking about them.

As a customer for The Eagle for thirty-odd years, I whole-heartedly support efforts to make this building and business a protected San Francisco historically designated cultural site.
