I'm Jessica Hart, a senior at Franklin Community High School. I use the Access Bus transportation to get there. My family recently purchased a house in Indianapolis that we will be moving into soon. The only problem is Access is only accessible in Johnson County. So I would very much be thankful if I could receive a hardship licence, so that I could finish my senior year at FCHS. My licence is unsuspected on 05/02/2013.
