As of July 4, 2010... Target corporation began selling Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags. These diaper bags are made of 100% PVC as stated very clearly on the Target.com website. It is also acknowledged by the Petunia Pickle Bottom company. Recently Target issued a statement that they would " systematically reducing the use of PVC in baby/childrens' products that they sell". However the ones they created for Target are pure PVC. They also state on their website that they are abiding by all CPSIA regulations by offering compliant products.
