Kenyans went to the ballot with the hope that they will make Kenya a better place. Members of parliament was among the elective post. MPs in Kenya have for long held the country at ransom by demanding and awarding themselves high pay packs. The same MPs represent people who are so poor some of who do not earn anything in a whole day. The salaries and renumeration commission is mandated to regulate the salaries of public officers. The commission reviewed and slashed down the salaries of the overpaid MPs. However the greedy MPs think that they should earn more. One MP Jimmy Angwenyi clearly showed the greed in an NTV interview on Sunday 14th April 2013. With an aim of maintaining order and showing the MPs that Kenyans are against their greed,lets recall all MPs holding the country at ransom. Lets start with Jimmy Angwenyi who is the most greedy as he had the courage to demand higher pay on public television (NTV).
