* Whereas the State of Minnesota November 2008 election for U.S. Senator ended in a virtual tie, and * Whereas the results of the election, when objectively tallied per state law by mechanical means, determined Sen. Norm Coleman to be the winner, and * Whereas the mandatory recount introduced hundreds of new balots which were not certified by precinct election judges on election day and disqualifing hundreds more, and * Whereas ballots were recounted using a subjective "determination of intent" method rather than a consistent objective standard, and * Whereas, ballot acceptance standards where not consistent for all Minnesota voters BE IT RESOLVED that we the undersigned voters of the State of Minnesota believe the certification of Al Franken as U.S. Senator to be illegitimate, desire a recall of Sen. Al Franken and desire a special election to select a legitimate representative for Minnesota in the U.S. Senate.

December 6, 2017

I have been reviewing the stories many of you shared about the irregularities you witnessed back in the polling places. It is clear that the lack of clear standards for our ballots shook the faith of so many Minnesotans in our election process.

Never should have been elected and is the typical elitist liberal who thinks the rules only apply to those who elected him and not to himself.

Resign NOW, Al; you no longer qualify for the office you stole in the first place.

Franken and all other indecent and ultra-partisan demagogues should resign. We need better people in government from BOTH major parties.
