Apparently the state just reached a settlement over a decade long dispute with ExxonMobil Corporation, responsible for $9 Billion in damage to the wetlands of Bayonee and Bayway, contaminating the ecosystems of over a thousand acres of land. Chris Christie over much delay finally agreed to a settlement of $235 million; about THREE percent. Why settle for so low? Though they could have delayed it further, or even had the settlement dealt with long after a decision was reached, that question was not answered. On top of that, it is known that Exxon donates generously to the Republican Governor's Association a group formed and run by our Governor. The Christie Administration office that drew up the settlement was run by a former Exxon lawyer. NJ's attorney general's office refused to comment to certain journalists investigating the matter. How are we supposed to clean up over ten years of contamination and $9 Billion in damage, with $235 Million? How many years will it take to clean this up and reverse the damage we've done and how are we supposed to allocate $235 Million over that time?

He has spent more time in other states promoting him self instead of home trying to fix this mess . He says how great the state is doing but fact and numbers tell another story .
