We need to form a court of the people with skilled attorney's, judges, power of subpoena to compel witnesses to testify as well as to provide evidence. This needs to be televised "live" around the world and our first effort needs to be bringing Obama to justice. Even if he will not cooperate he can be convicted in his absence so long as he was given the opportunity to defend himself. This would even make a great network cable show. It does not take a great imagination to see how this could be a sweeping move since we the people wield the true power in the USA ant these criminals must be brought to justice.

He has violated the constitution by (1) executive disregard of the laws by using the executive powers to infringe on the congressional powers (2) he has made recess appointments when congress is in session to circumvent the congress (3) he has violated the immigration laws by allowing illegals defacto amnesty (4) he has allowed violations of the 4th amendment by allow NSA to eavesdrop (5) he has allowed the justice department to give amnesty to people who violate the right of the people to vote (black panther case) (6) he has promoted legislation which has mandated people to purchase certain products by penalizing them (contrary to the supreme court ruling) (7) he has permitted government agencies to attack and punnish people for using their first amendment rights (IRS) (8) he has awarded goveernment money to friends and political contributors - soliyndra, GMC, CRYSLER, and Detroit, and contractors for the web site. his has not faithfully 3excuted the laws of the USA by overseeing the abortion they call ACA (obama care
