No elected official in America should have a right to circumvent the systems in place to assure their constituent's their rights...And any official that attempts to do that has no right to represent that elected him/her.

This is about we the people. It is time our legislators abide by the constitution of this great country. What part of shall not be infringe don't they understand.Perhaps they should go back to school and re learn about it
