Activist-Jurists are not competent. Their assault on the Second Amendment is a violation of the guarantees to each and every American provided to them by the US Constitution. Allowing their activism is a path towards victimization by overreach in the government. It is also encouraging the illegal discrimination against gun-ownership by credit providers, whose licenses to operate in the US should be suspended, and their tax easements placed into conditional moratorium.
