Why spend over $4 MILLION on a property that has little value to RA members?
Why won't the Board hold the CEO accountable?

Tetra was a mistake and those who voted to buy this property will pay with a recall.
WHO THE HELL THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY'RE FOOLING?! This valuable property is going to be a `resort-playground' for RA bosses?!

It won't happen until we get board members who are willing to hold her accountable for her financial mismanagement.

I have reservations about including Ms. La Rosa for recall.

This purchase was a giant mess from day one. Tetra had been trying to get someone to buy this for years, but it is such a bad deal that no one took the bait. But RA seems to think it is OK to spend $1.3 million above the appraised value for this property, with no idea of what they would use it for, and then not have a full evaluation of the property by a structural engineer, is beyond incompetence. The incompetent attorney went right along with this program, and 2 board members are licensed VA Realtors who should have know better. This is shameful.
