Councilmember Thomas has publically stated that she is representing former councilmember Paul Ford in a $750,000.00 lawsuit against the City of Duncanville. Her participation in this legal action against the taxpayers of Duncanville violates the public trust granted to its representatives by the citizens in District Three and constitutes just cause for a special recall election to have her removed from office.
