2- review poor period management to oversee transferring information between securities co.

The Security team has a lack of experience.
We did not receive any Survey for Nordic
We lives close to North gate, the security north gate crew are talking to each other very loud

San Joanquin Hills community was attractive to me and the highlight for that was the professionalism of the gate personnel; this gave me a secure feeling . I am so disappointed that the HOA made this unilateral decision to replace them . The secure feeling which was the attraction for me is gone. So sad!! The HOA should have been more considerate and for a decision of this magnitude the HOA should have exercised a more concerted effort to make sure this decision will not negatively impact the community.

I don’t appreciate that they misrepresent the community residents when making decisions that affects the safety and security of my family (e.g replacement of Nordic Security despite community occupants request not to) . They have changed everything that I admired about this community. I no longer feel safe enough to have my evening walk in the community and I am very unhappy with the recent decisions made by the HOA. How secure are we when the new security guard calls me back two hours after I reported a suspicious car parked in front of my house to tell me that they have no-one on patrol until 11 AM. How secure are we when all you need to enter is the statement that you’re a resident in the community without any need to provide an address. It is obvious that the decisions made are not serving the community effectively.
