Remove radical judge Cynda Riggins-Unger

I don't understand how forcing a child abused by the father is in best interest of the child. Get rid of this biased judge!

Judge Unger has violated by constitutional rights by denying me the right to a fair and impartial trial. She is not applying the "best interest of the child" standard and showed clear bias towards my child's father while dismissing my case.

From what I know about this judge's rulings and what it does to families, her removal would be a benefit to keeping families together all over Northern California.

Judge Unger has been a constant hurricane force in my life. She has ripped my family apart, she has taken custody from a loving, nurturing mother, and placed them in an abusive home environment. She berates the female litigants and their attorneys, she refuses to read filed paperwork when it's filed by the mother, and she takes the fathers hearsay as evidence without any actual proof. She is a horrible human being who should be immediately removed from the bench and disbarred.
