She hates all of Oregon except for Portland and Salem. She took money from our vets. She would not help Central Oregon families who were trapped from snow. She hasn't asked us how we feel about being a sanctuary state. She shouldn't be our governor

I was looking into starting a petition for the recall of Kate Brown but I saw this. But, are these even allowed to be used? I was under the understanding that all signatures had to be on a pre-approved template with the county as well as all signatures needed to be witnessed? Just wondering how effective this petition will be if I ask my friends to sign? Thank you.

Brown does not have a clue what all of Oregon wants. She only pays attention to the density population areas that are mostly liberal voters.
