You 'had' some LUS support Bob but you have not done anything to maintain it. LUS membership feels like the unwanted step child....our voice continues to be stifled.....perhaps you are in over your head....we need a leader that puts the membership first.

Bob Ross ignores his members after 3 messages send to him with no response. We are fighting a union that has forgetten its membership and what we stand for in a union. Please investigate this union that does not participate in its membership.

We need aggressive, professional representation that communicates with the membership and fights for their best interests. Someone who stands up for what is right and does not tolerate discrimination, inequality and violation of our contractual and human rights. Mr. Ross, it is time for you to resign from your position and be replaced with a competent, educated and independent leader who will choose a team that cares about all of us. You have lost my support.

Mr. Ross is unfit at this juncture to continue as President of the ApFA. His actions, especially regarding the LUS side of American Airlines has been malpractical at best. . I no longer need his representation and motion for an immediate recall in the best interest of all union members.

You dont represent LUS I feel since you've been in your position youve done not one thing for this work group. For the company you've rolled over and exposed yourself. No person in charge should side with only a portion of our work group. I hope you enjoy your countless days off as I sit here waiting for my 12 day off. Or while I sit on straight reserve for many more years while you do nothing. It wont be happening though. I will help in making sure of that
