This judge should be seriously re-evaluated for suitability to her position of authority, as it appears she has abused it on multiple occasions.

I am not a resident of Texas, but I fear for the safety and well-being of my loved ones who have the misfortune of being at the mercy of this judge.

This is an appalling situation and, it seems, not an isolated incident.

It appears this Judge is acting inconsistently and not viewing facts clearly. Remove this judge.

This Judge needs to be investigated for actions of ruling with opinions and not facts.

I agree that an investigation is needed here. I do not know what the outcome of that should be. As a judge and lawyer she should be in favor of having her work examined.

In Texas, we have the right to homeschool. Most homeschoolers are good parents. They homeschool because they want the best for their children. Please remove this judge and return this child to the safety of his mother.

Based on this and the tuft family case I believe that the judge is not competent to do her job. I also believe that she has failed to enforce or respect the rule of law in Texas in regards to homeschooling

She needs to go. What kind of person subjects children to pedophiles knowingly?
