I no longer live in sydenham but worked in the pub for taylor walker back in the late 80's early 90's. I revisited the pub a few years ago and was saddened by it's demise. I wish you well on your campaign to bring it back to it's former glory.

About time something gets done about this eye-sore on our high street. This is often one of the first glimpses of our neighbourhood many people see when they visit for the first time.

Should we also be directing this at our local MP Jim Dowd, he is I believe the brother of one of the directors of Purelake, Gerry Dowd?
