I am for this UPGRADE because it not only affects where I live, but where my kids plan to play volleyball next year. The facilities are just not big enough for all sports to have ample gym time.

Franklins current facilities are obviously lacking in comparison to other schools forcing FHS to rely on them. It's time to think about what's best for the kids (that's what school is for) and create an equal playing field for Franklin Students.

What this explanation failed to acknowledge is that the williamson county animal center is also hoping to get the building, and there are so many reasons they should. The center is already running out of room, and this means animals can not be properly quarantined sometimes. The center is very cramped and needs to expand. There are a multitude of reasons that the animal center deserves the building over FHS, but perhaps the most compelling reason is the fact that the center may need to start euthanizing healthy, adoptable animals if overcrowding consistently becomes a problem. For the dogs and cats of the center, this may be a matter of life or death.
