The grinding noise remains a constant frustration for those of us trying to get a straight answer from the manufacturer. I am still digging through technical reports and sending emails that usually go ignored. Hard work is rarely fast but I am not walking away from this.

Seeing the feedback roll in confirms that I am not the only one dealing with this infuriating sound. It is exhausting to keep fighting for a fix but seeing this many people behind me keeps me going.

I barely used my Commander Ltd and the rear diff is broken - mechanic said it should be a recall as it is obviously not abused but a faulty product
I like everything about the machine except the terrible whine from the rear diff. CanAm should offer a new helical design diff for owners who bought these machines at a very discounted price including the parts to make the conversion. I am very disappointed in BRP for their inaction on this issue.
2012 Commander LTD After a few hundred km. I couldnt take the noise anymore. My dealer is a liar and said he never heard of this problem. I had it in 3 times before the warranty expired. Now it sits in the shop collecting dust. What a waste of $21,000
2013, sold second rhino and bought new commander all because we didn't like the loud cab in rhino, now we have this terrible rear diff noise and the dealer just laughs and says oo that's normal
I have the loudest, most annoying rear differential out there. Can Am says they are industry leaders in technology and innovative design, but I see that contrary to what efforts where used in manufacturing this short minded differential. Please fix this problem for you loyal customers Can Am?

Can am am should be embarrassed to put this crap on the market. Was there no field testing? I've had Hondas my whole life. Never, ever heard of them putting out something so poor. Can am is major disappointment to me! Actually the rear diff. Is my only real complaint, but it's a BIG one.
