I, being a Reading, MA resident, support the proposal to leverage currently under-performing Industrial and Business zones at a density typical of mixed-use developments (e.g., 35 units / acre) and with mandatory affordable housing requirement, for Reading to comply with the MBTA Communities law.

impact on residential areas while advancing the stated priorities in the 2023 Town of Reading Housing Production Plan:
