The fantastic city of Globe, Arizona (population 7,000) gave its best effort for over three months to acculumate over 400,000 cheers resulting in 8th place in the We Hear You America contest sponsored by Readers Digest.

The main goal of entering and promoting this contest was to have an opportunity to gain some wonderful publicity for our little town.  Our scheduled visit is this Saturday, March 19th. Today, Wednesday, March 16th, we have just received word that the We Hear You America RV Tour will be headed toward Tucson, but cancelling our Globe stop, and we are one sadly disappointed little town.

Did Tucson, (population 535000) come close to our cheers??
