Roads will not support added traffic related to multifamily zoning.

1341-C Turkey Ridge Rd. we do not have the roads for this many additional residents. Also, too many houses already sit empty.

Rezoning should only be for single family homes. Our roads can not accommodate condos, not can the drainage system

I am adamantly against the rezoning of the property for mainly three reasons. One, excess traffic on roads that were not designed for it. Two, drainage/flooding issues. We already have these issues and more construction only adds to this terrible issue. Three, crime. By not building single family homes and instead building apartments bring crime and tremendous foot traffic with it and unfortunately crime as well. I implore the rezoning commission to NOT approve the rezoning of the property in question.

Rezoning to add 300 units would create a safety issue due to the amount of people vs. roadways in and out. Flooding is already an issue in this area. There are already many new homes being added to the neighborhood. 300 more units would make the area over crowded and undesirable.

This is very concerning for many reasons. First, traffic. There is already too much traffic on 544 and in the Wal Mart areas. I have children who ride their bikes regularly. Putting these buildings here will endanger them. Two, property values. Three, crime. More people equals more crime. Four, drainage issues. There are other places to build. Please, please reconsider.

It is unfair to the homeowners in the area who purchased their houses on a golf course.

This can't happen between traffic and just the structure of our neighborhood can't handle it.
