Re-opening Of salons in Oman

We need to have work already

Please open salons since you opened derma clinics which are anyways doing same services

Like all other commercial activities salons can be re-opened with guidance from the Supreme Committee

Kindly we requst you to reopen the salons. We cannot survive any longer. There are employees who have families, except for the problems that the workers can cause if this situation persists.

We ask you to please consider, and take other neighboring countries as examples that opening a salon is very much safe and possible. It’s understandable to limit certain services that require close proximity such as morrocan bath/facial etc. But other services are save and require a safe distance. I don’t understand how laser clinics are open when it requires skin to skin touching but salons when you use a hair brush/tools that don’t require touching the clients skin is banned!! Please do your research and don’t just say no for the sake of it. And if you kindly do agree we will make sure with you to implement strict guidelines and you are free to do weekly checkups. We will really appreciate as we’re taking an extremely huge loss and are required to pay high rent and wages when we have no income! Keep in mind salon owners are not allowed to work and have a second income we URGE for your help and support pls! Atleast require the landlords to pause our rent! Please help us out..
