Closing the site has meant that the instance of dumping on the Miley increased. The council will remove it for us but it is still an inconvenience we can do without.

I used to use Marchbanks regularly but now have to travel miles to one of the remaining sites in Dundee. This is inconvenient and costly and is adding to the pollution problem.

Shocking they ever closed this place

This was convenient and also helps illegal fly tipping and encourages recycling

I'm sure closing this facility costs more in the long run having to pick up more fly tipping.

I used to use Marchbanks on an almost weekly basis taking not only my recycling but also two neighbour's. Won't drive to Baldovan so much more ends up in landfill. Short sighted to close this excellent facility.

Might stop so much fly tipping at this end of the town

We are being told to recycle but close our recycling centres & the ones that are left cannot cope. Never able to recycle cardboard at Baldovie as always "not in use"

Absolutely needs to reopen - Baldovie is too far away for most people. Marchbanks was always busy.

We were very regular users of marchbanks but do not like the mileage involved to recycle now as both riverside and baldovie are several miles from us
