If this was Tom Brady, a decision would have been made 4 weeks ago. I don't understand why the NFL continues to not support the Raiders. They get screwed out of a deal that they and the Chargers had in place but yet approve the Rams. They ARE THE ONLY NFL TEAM to play on a baseball field and now they are trying to find a home that will support them and now the NFL is coming out that they are not behind a Vegas move (which I would rather keep them a California team but if nothing gets done in Oakland or anywhere else in California then they should move). And now, after 14 years of struggling and finally now we are once again competitive, the NFL is doing everything they can to prevent a difference maker from stepping back onto the field and possibly making us Super Bowl Champions once again. A decision needs to be made NOW!!!

It's his livelihood and his discipline has been adequate to say the least. The positive impact of the locker room (seems odd to say being the Raiders) would be great for him. I think it's time to show that the NFL can be strict but FAIR.
