This petition is to request and demonstrate that there is a genuine interest by the actual homeowners (Residents) to the Homeowner's Owner's Association of Greenfield Ridge Station (HOA), to provide access to the neighborhood pool so that the residence can take advantage of a commodity that is paid for and maintained with homeowner dues. This petition should demonstrate that there is overwhelming proof that the residence would like the HOA to open the pool earlier than the alleged Memorial Day opening.
