...........................“A Declaration”...................... September of the year 2011 In collaboration with the “The National Councils of People “ And to the Ideals of the Tea Party movement and the Constitution of the United States of America. Of the People, by the People and for the People, Of theses UNITED STATES of AMERICA. Re – Declaration of Independence With “Articles of Reformation” Some two hundred years and a generation ago, we the People of these United States of America, made assertions against our former tyrannical government and dissolved our political bonds. We did not apologize for any arrogance seen or imagined, but stood our ground for the rights of our People, as seen by our Creator. We now have an administration that impels us to apologize for our arrogant behavior and tells us that, we are not exceptional. Yet since that time in the past we have saved the world, more than once, from arrogant leaders looking to take over the world and saved many from destruction. We have helped many from tyranny, hunger, strife and disease, yet ask nothing in return for our efforts, but friendship and loyalty. We were and are People that seek new ways, entrepreneurs, adventurers, seeking better Ideas, not just for ourselves, but for the betterment of all peoples. We are not just exceptional people, but an exceptional country, designed to promote exceptional genius and our Constitution proves that. To that, “We the People”, do reaffirm those unalienable rights and the Constitution that was instituted among us, giving us just powers to secure our rights and our future. Given our predicaments today and the evils of unrestrained government, at this time and a long train of repeated abuses, usurpations and subversions of our Constitution, leads us to believe it is time to re-state the reasons for the United States, in The first place. Our freedoms and stability are utmost to our security, business, And us, as much now as in the past. It has been self evident that this government has been dictating changes for light and transient causes and that this administration has been heading toward absolute political ideological despotism. “WE THE PEOPLE”, Therefore, submit, to minimize the destructive nature of this administration, it is our Right, It is our Duty, either to alter it, or to abolish it, as to the Original ideals and ideas of our forefathers, as instituted by the “Articles of Confederation” and by our “Constitution” of These “United States of America”! To prove this, we submit these facts; • This administration has refused their assent to Laws enacted by some states, while allowing others to break or subvert the Present Laws of the land. • The President has admonished his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance for the good of the many and he has neglected the Laws of the nation to favor the few. • He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of the good of all, relinquishes that to others, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only! • He has forced other Laws upon us, subverting the Constitution, for ideological reasons, favoring the few and placing undo stress on business and the nation. • Is attempting to tax our energy, usurping our congress in session, for transient causes, at the same time investing in the transfer of carbon for his own profit. • For subversion of the “Articles of Confederation” and usurping States rights. Specifically….. Article 11, Article 111, Article V and Article X111. He does not lead us as a nation, but ordains us as a Lord, inestimable to a President, as if we were serfs to be moved around on a game board to a tyrannical end and seeks to defeat us as to place another crown on his egotistical head. This is not a Kingdom to be trifled with, but a Republic, which all have a say in our outcome. No bellicose words of admonishment can change the facts or our fortitude or endear our hearts. Least we listen to words of our beloved forefathers, when one said; “A government of our own is our natural right: and when a man seriously reflects on the precariousness of human affairs, he will become convinced, that it is infinitely wiser and safer, to form a Constitution of our own in a cool deliberate manner, while we have it in our power, than to trust an interesting event to time and chance, if we omit it now, some “massenello” may hereafter arise, who laying hold of popular disquietudes, may collect together the desperate and the discontented, and by assuming to themselves the powers of government, may sweep away the liberties of the continent like a deluge. -----Ye that oppose independence now, Ye know not what Ye do; Ye are opening a door to eternal tyranny, by keeping vacant the seat of government.” Thomas Paine , Jan 1776, “Common Sense”. Have we forgotten the words of a Progressive Democrat of the past; “We must demand that the individual shall be willing to lose the sense of personal achievement and shall be content to realize his activity of the many.” – President Woodrow Wilson. If we were to have taken that path there would be no “Steve Jobs”, no Col. Sanders Chicken, no Hewlett-Packard, no Dell Computers, no Wienhards, Coors or Budweiser Beer. What would we be without personal achievement? James Madison said at one time, “I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpation.” We are Peoples of freedom and liberty and have fought against Marxism, Stalinism, Socialism, Communism, Maoism and Hugo Chevezism for peoples around the world and we are not about to succumb to tyranny and oppression ourselves. Freedom and Liberty do not come cheap, but Serfdom and oppression would cost us much more. We must fight the evils of man and oppressive Government every day, with all our strength, to avert these encroachments to our rights. And as it is a motto of one of our Patriots; “Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death.” Thus we owe our allegiance, our lives and our fortunes to these Great “United States of America”. In Uniformis, We The People
