Tony has been a dedicated servant to the Town of Wenham for many years. I personally have appeared before him when he was a member of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. He is very knowledgeable and fair, and always puts the interests of the town first.
It would be a disservice to the citizens of Wenham for the town not to reappoint Tony given his experience, knowledge and dedication.
Given this inaction, I can only question the motives behind it. I hope that the citizens of Wenham will remember that this inaction is coming from the people that WE elected to run our town come the next election.

I am not a citizen of your wonderful community. I reside in Danvers. As a resident of Danvers I have been quite involved in many things, including 9 years as a selectman. I have come to know Tony, no disrespect that is all I have ever called him as per his insistence, over the years through my sedan/livery business. He has proven to be a favorite among our drivers and office team by virtue of the way he treats them, with respect and dignity. Believe me, there are many "successful" people we have dealt with that do not do so. So from a personal standpoint I can't see where there is any basis for the Selectman's inaction. From the perspective of being a selectman I decided to do some research on Tony's qualifications to serve in the capacity he has been serving for 30 years. To that I ask, are the Selectman in Wenham nuts? I called a few Wenham "lifelong townies" to see if there was some "dirt" under the rug. The stated they were not always in agreement with Tony's positions or the way some of the decisions went, but they were very clear regarding the transparency with which Tony conducted his business, the clarity of his positions, the lack of a personal agenda, and the integrity with which he demonstrated when serving the town of Wenham. As a former Selectman, albeit from another community, I urge the current Board of Selectman in Wenham to remove the doubt regarding your intentions caused by this inexplicable delay. Local government is too important to the fabric that weaves this country together to have it weakened by behaviour such as this.

I have been incredibly impressed by Mr. Feehery's commitment and participation in ZBA meetings. He is a consummate professional and we would be foolish to not reappoint him.

This is the worst possible use for the property. I'd rather the town buy it and give it to Gordon College or Gordon Conwell.
These people are addicts and criminals. The people driving through our town to visit them will be addicts and criminals.
How soon before the first crime is committed?

Perhaps there is an innocent reason the Selectmen have not reappointed Mr. Feeherry, but it seems like they don't support his vote against RCA.

RCA plan and increased spending on police to keep tax revenue looks like 4 quarters for a buck to me. Looks like Tony is being pushed away by politics because he had doubts on the value of the plan.

There appears to only be one reason why Tony Has not been reinstated as the head of our ZBA after such an impressive record of public service and domain expertise in our town. His no vote opposing RCAs development of Penguin Hall. How an out of state developer, who stands to make millions in a one shot deal, can impact a procedural re-appointment done many times by the. Lard of Selectmen in the past in our town, we would all like to know!
