IKEA! Raleigh-Durham, NC Wants You!

Think about it Ikea. Universities= Dormatory RTP=furnishing office/relocating jobs Raleigh=Capital center major city with surrounding of greenesboro, winston, greenville, durham which all have multiplying students & residential growth. Local businesses=needs furnishings & last but not least ME=Shopaholic who owns a salon & opening another one in 2016 hence I love black & white modern retro vibe (ying yang) is the way to go. This is just a desperate plead, no big deal (:

Please build an IKEA here in the Cary /Chapel Hill area. Entrust having THREE nationally acclaimed universities within 5-30 apart as well as a strong economic of corporate influences a store here in the area would not only succeed expectation but avail to your expectations !! I as well as many of my friends here in Cary/Raleigh North Carolina area would like to have an IKEA store here. The travel to Charlotte NC or Woodbridge VA is not cost effective for the deal we are missing for not having a store in this location.

The triangle NEEDS an ikea. It's no reason this area doesn't have on. I have to either drive 3 hours to Charlotte or pay ridiculous delivery fees!

PLEASE, we certainly have the ability to sustain an Ikea here, with loads of students/colleges. And its a fast growing area with people moving here all the time. There are military families/base within an hour of the RTP area. There is no way that an Ikea here wouldn't succeed. This area is full of transplants from all over the country. And many of us are used to having an Ikea nearby. It is far overdue.

I really would love a IKEA in the Raleigh area. Charlotte is way to far to make in a trip.

Please also consider that this area contains the 2nd largest concentration of modernist homes in the country. Now we need our modern furniture and design!

I go to the Charlotte Ikea 3 - 4 times a year from Garner. It would be nice and more convenient if you would put a store in the Raleigh area. With 3 universities and a number of companies in IT, Pharma, etc., IKEA would be very successful with the triangle's growing population.

Please yes! I recently moved to Clayton from California and it turns out I was spoiled by having the West Sacramento location only 15 minutes away from my old home. Most of the old house was decorated with IKEA! I need one here! Raleigh needs one!

There seem to be larger interests involved in the lack of an IKEA store in Raleigh. I can easily see a number of the furniture stores along 70 going out of business if a store like IKEA challenges them with direct competition. Nevertheless, I would love to see IKEA in Raleigh, as the 2+ hour drive to Charlotte is tiring. :)

We are designers who have incorporated IKEA in to our Kitchen Design, Custom Built-in, etc and would use you that much more if you where here in the Triangle of NC!!!

We definitely need an Ikea in the RDU area. We need more compotition in the adversely changing furniture world. I think it would greatly supercede it's reputation and give the others a run for their money, thus helping economical challanged families who like great taste in modern furniture too.

I'm a school teacher formerly from Michigan and REALLY WANT AN IKEA NEAR Johnston County in North Carolina. I went to Orlando this Summer and was in IKEA heaven. Purchased 3 items for my classroom - Love them!!
