As a frequent cruiser, i strongly urge Royal Caribbean Cruise lines to repeal their Smoking ban on cruise ship balconies. By listening to the few complaints your have overlooked the market segment that will NO longer sail on your ships because of this ruling. It's ok to admit you made a mistake and foolish to hold your ground when you clearly made a mistake. Perhpas you should consider making a NO SMOKING ship or certain sailings and NOT ban it entriely on the ship.
