PLEASE HELP AND SUPPORT MY FRIEND AND HIS DAUGHTERS, I HAVE REVIEWED ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND VIEWED ALL THE YOUTUBE VIDEOS. I'M NOT SAYING THIS BECAUSE HE IS MY FRIEND BUT BECAUSE I'M A FATHER OF 3 GIRLS AND THIS COULD BE ME OR YOU WITH ALL THE BAD THINGS GOING ON IN THE WORLD WE HAVE TO PROTECT OUR FAMILIES EVEN WHEN THE LAW WILL NOT STEP UP IT IS SAD THAT SOMEONE HAS TO LOOSE A LOVE ONE FOR SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING AND EVEN WITH THAT IT DOESN'T ALWAYS HAPPEN, WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE WAY LAW ENFORCEMENT, CITY GOVERNMENT AND GOVERNMENT DEALS WITH OUR ISSUES AND CONCERNS. IN ORDER FOR ANYONE TO BE CHARGE WITH ANYTHING ON THIS CASE RAYMOND NEEDS A PRO BONO ATTORNEY HE AND HIS GIRLS ARE ON A FIXED INCOME AND CAN NOT AFFORD A ATTORNEY OUT OF POCKET COST SO IF YOU KNOW OF ANYONE THAT CAN HELP THIS SINGLE FATHER PLEASE CONTACT HIM WITH THE INFO. Greetings and blessings to all. First my two daughters and I like to thank all that are concerned, and we like you all to know: IWW sent a certified letter and package with our full complaint to the United States Department Of Justice Civil Rights Division in Washington, D.C., May 15, 2012, they received it, May 24, 2012. They sent me a letter back dated, October 10, 2012, stating in part: "We have carefully reviewed your letter and accompanying documents. However, the section is not able to pursue every complaint we receive, and we have determined that we are not in a position to pursue this complaint . Accordingly, no action will be taken in response to this complaint. There may be state and local laws relevant to your complaint. You may wish to consult with a private attorney, local legal aid organization, and/or state or local bar association, which may be able to assist you further". They sent my full complaint to the educational department of the Civil rights Division. They never addressed my full complaint, and I let them know I wasn't able to afford an attorney, that's the main reason I took my complaint to them. Than, they never called me nor spoke to my daughters about our complaint, than they send us right back to the same people who we are complaining about. It seems as if the government sit and wait to someone gets murdered, or someone get to the point that they are: "SICK AND TIRE OF BEING SICK AND TIRE"!!! I know very well how former Los Angles, California police ( MR. CHRISTOPHER DORNER) felt when his complaints kept landing on deaf ears; I don't condone that type of actions, and I thank GOD that I have the mind and strength to do it HIS way and not lean on to my own understanding. I sent a certified complaint addressed to: Rev. JESSE L. JACKSON Sr. dated: February 15, 2012, it was received, FEBRUARY 21, 2012 at 11:34 am. I sent the same full complaint package by certified mail addressed to: Mr. Benjamin Jealous,NATIONAL PRESIDENT IF THE NAACP:

I'm signing this petition because I know Raymond Louis Ivy and his two beautiful daughters. Raymond Louis Ivy is the primary custodial parent to these two beautiful girls. When they were attending school, he was the one going to all teacher/student conferences, report card pick ups and ensuring that they completed all their assignments. Both were on honor rolls before they had to leave the school because the youngest daughter was left on an empty school bus with a male bus driver that broke her back pack strap in which he should not have had his hands on this minor. I work with children that have been abused and neglected so I take the actions of the male bus driver and the school to be a violation of this minor. Under no circumstances should an adult male bus driver be alone without a female attendant with a young girl on a bus as there are so many cases of sexual abuse against children. Children believe that adults suppose to protect them, fight for them and ensure that they are safe at all times. The male bus driver, bus company, school, law enforcement and school district has shown this minor that it does not matter that she was placed in a position that she should never have been in as a child. All children like getting on and off the bus and now this minor no longer want to get on a bus. This is something that we all should look at as an injustice. An injustice to these children that can no longer be apart of the school community in which they were thriving in because of adults not wanting to correct the issue at hand. It only took all parties coming to an agreement that what was done was not appropriate and to correct the situation but in turn; they placed the blame on this family. A family that decided to make this state their home. A state in which this family thought would be better than the state they moved from. A state they thought they would be safe but turned out to be unsafe for them. This family is always in my prayers as I know parents who have to
